John’s expertise in commercial real estate and capital improvement projects with Carter has been helpful to CAC in its Building Hope campaign. He has served on the Sandy Springs Conservancy Board, Holy Innocents Episcopal School (HIES) Facilities Committee, and was past President HIES Athletic Association. He currently serves on the Parents Advisory Board of Maryville College and is a member of the National Association for College and University Business Officers, Society of College and University Planners, Leadership Sandy Springs and an usher for Dunwoody UMC. John has a degree in Architecture, with honors, from the University of Tennessee and is a  licensed architect in the State of Georgia and member of the Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce.
