Financial Assistance
......................................................................................
The Community Action Center provides temporary assistance during periods of unforeseen financial crisis.
If you need help with a portion of your rent, mortgage or utility bills due to a crisis such as illness, job lay off, divorce, etc, please call the Helpline at 770-552-4015 to make an appointment. In order to receive assistance, you will need to show certain documents that will be identified when you make an appointment.
In addition, clients may receive help with prescription medication or prescription glasses. Such assistance is available in emergency situations only.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST make an appointment over the phone in order to receive financial assistance.
