Get into the competitive spirit to support our community. Join in the 2010 CAC Spring Sprint to benefit the Community Action Center. Individuals and teams welcome!

The 5K Course
Race start and finish is at the Dunwoody Baptist Church. The race starts on Mt. Vernon, then south on Ashford Dunwoody to Crowne Point then west on Perimeter Center West.

2K Fun Run/Walk
For those who do not wish to run the 5K course, a 2K Fun Run/Walk will begin at 8:30 am. The registration fee is the same.

Family Health & Fitness Fair
Make the day a family event and enjoy the Family Health & Fitness Fair with fun childrens and fitness activities such as hula hoop, jump rope, hop scotch and more. Event opens at 8:00 am.

5 Great Prizes in the Spring Sprint Raffle
Win a G-Force Electric Bike or other great prizes! Five chances to win! Get your Raffle tickets for just $5 each at CAC, Dunwoody Baptist Church and on race day.

Awards
Awards for the 5K race will be presented to Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards in 13 age groups from 14 and under through 70 and over. All pre-registered participants will receive a race t-shirt. Race Day registration: Limited T Shirt availability.

Organize a Team and Win!
Organize a team from your neighborhood, congregation, business, civic organization, or a group of friends. Awards will be given to teams who raise the most funds (biggest teams) and teams with best times. After the race, join us for a day of fun and fitness with the Family Health & Fitness Fair. Children's acitivities with a fitness focus...including music by 97.1 the River with Hula Hoop and Jump Rope contests and much more. Teams must register by mail only.

Directions & Parking
From I-285, Exit #29 Ashford Dunwoody Road. Go north on Ashford Dunwoody Road approximately 1.75 miles past Perimeter Mall. Dunwoody Baptist Church is on the left.

Benefitting CAC Education Programs
Proceeds from the Spring Sprint benefit CAC Education Programs which include school supplies to needy children, summer camp scholarships and adult education classes.
