Thrive at CAC – Your Journey. Our Support.
Are financial resources and access to opportunities keeping you from getting the skills and knowledge you need to advance your career or achieve professional goals?
Thrive is CAC’s new workforce development program designed to help qualified individuals overcome these challenges and take steps to attain better-paying jobs and careers that transform their lives.
Participants use Thrive’s holistic approach to help reach their goals. The Thrive program combines:
One-On-One Personalized Assistance
- Develop and implement a personalized career plan
- Connect with industry-recognized job training programs
- Get assistance with program applications
- Stay focused and accountable with regular check-ins through program completion
Career Mentorship
- Put a career plan in action with resume building, interview preparation, job search guidance, and placement assistance
Financial Assistance
- Assistance is provided through the job training program for up to three months
- Support is tailored to client needs, training program costs, and other challenges to the participant’s successful program completion
Wraparound Support

Access CAC’s Mini-Market food pantries, clothing vouchers, adult education classes, and enrollment in CAC Cares for Kids programs, if applicable
Is Thrive Right for You?
You may be eligible for Thrive if you are:
- Currently unemployed or underemployed, or facing financial hardship due to job loss, reduced hours, or other financial emergency based on CAC’s current criteria
- Committed to completing a job training program that leads to stable employment
- Committed to regular check-in meetings with assigned CAC Case Manager and Career Advocates
- Living in CAC’s service area of Sandy Springs or Dunwoody
